Editorial Policy

Editorial contact: Updated

Editorial purpose

Our editorial aim is to make casino information understandable without concealing its conditions. A useful guide explains the inputs behind a comparison, identifies uncertainty and gives readers a route to the original source. It should not present gambling as dependable income or promise a favourable result.

Jamie Seidel is the named contact for editorial questions and corrections. The About page identifies the website and its role.

Source standards

We prioritise primary material: regulator guidance, official registers, game rules and paytables, operator terms and payment-provider information. A marketing headline is checked against the conditions that govern it. When sources conflict, the difference should be explained rather than silently choosing the more attractive claim.

An operator’s statement is evidence of what that operator publishes. It is not, by itself, independent confirmation of licensing, account eligibility or payment performance. Country-specific claims need a source that actually applies to that country, account or product.

Testing and tools

Opening a public page is different from testing an account. We describe a deposit, bonus redemption, game test or withdrawal measurement only when that activity has actually been documented. The date, conditions and limits of a meaningful test should accompany the claim.

Digital tools may assist with research, drafting, formatting and calculations. Their output is not treated as a primary source. The website remains responsible for checking published claims, explaining assumptions and correcting errors.

Commercial relationships

The Affiliate Disclosure explains how referral links can support the website. Commercial arrangements can affect coverage and placement. A page should make its comparison scope clear and should not imply that a selected shortlist represents every available operator.

Commercial wording must still be accurate. A welcome-package total should be distinguished from its first-deposit match, a payment minimum from a bonus minimum, and a cashout restriction from an ordinary withdrawal limit.

Updates and corrections

An update date records a page’s editorial revision; it is not a promise that every linked term remains unchanged afterwards. Operator rules, payment availability and regulatory guidance can change between reviews. Material uncertainties should be stated where they affect a reader’s decision.

To report an error, email Jamie.Seidel@realmoneycasinos.net.nz with the page URL, the disputed detail and a current public source where possible. We assess the report against the relevant evidence and revise material errors or clarify unresolved information. The Contact page explains what to include.
